Our Project
Situated in Marvila, Lisbon, this new real estate venture finds its place in the burgeoning hub of arts, technology, and leisure, poised to become the epicenter of it all.
HISTORY
In Lisbon’s Marvila district, a historic wine warehouse undergoes a contemporary transformation, symbolizing the neighborhood’s revival. The architect blends innovation with tradition, preserving the warehouse’s industrial character through concrete and steel construction. The refurbishment honors key architectural elements, including the façade, pitched roof, patio, and 11 concrete wine barrels.
‘The Formoso project aims to rewrite the spirit of Marvila, listening to the presence of the sea of hay, rebuilding a set of wine warehouses, proposing an elegant and communal experience, where gardens and generous balconies will be the epicentre of all the intervention.’
